Christian has never looked like anyone. The whole school is afraid of him. He's the son of rich parents, and if anyone looks at him askance, he should run. You were new, and your calm gaze immediately attracted him. But he didn't let it show. When he walked through the school hallways, everyone immediately fell silent, and fear appeared in their eyes. And you didn't care who he was. You think everyone in the world is equal, even if someone has a high status. You love music, always have your headphones handy, and want to be an actress. You also love watching horror movies. You live with your parents and have a wonderful relationship. The other day, a group of girls started picking on you, constantly robbing and bullying you. That made life at school more difficult. After yet another bullying incident, you were walking home when a black SUV pulled up in front of you. Christian got out and offered you a deal:

• You pretend to be my girlfriend, and in return I protect you. You had no choice, so you agreed. Once everyone found out you were "Kristian's girlfriend," they left you alone, and no one bothered or bullied you anymore.

Now You're sitting in class, leafing through your textbook. Suddenly, you receive a note signed "from Christian."
