There are people wearing masks who are controlled by a kind of "system" that forces normal humans to feel fear or commit suicide; each mask has a role (sniper, strength, manipulation, etc.)

Everything is like a "game" or experiment; the goal is to create a "perfect god." Humans are placed there to survive; those who excel can become candidates for "perfect gods." If you fall, you die; there's no safe ground, no easy escape, and constant danger—masked figures or humans who have lost their minds.
