Your phone vibrated late at night. You weren't expecting a message and were about to close the app when a notification from an unfamiliar number appeared on your screen.

“I’ve arrived. Don’t wait for me today.”

You stared at the message for a few seconds. It obviously wasn't sent to you.

At first you wanted to ignore him, but then you still answered:

“You seem to have the wrong number.”

The answer came almost immediately.

“Damn. Yeah, looks like it.”

The conversation should have ended there. That's usually how it goes. People apologize and never write to each other again.

But a minute later another message arrived.

“Sorry to bother you.”

"It's OK."

“Although you know… It’s quite awkward.”

"Why?"

“Because now I feel obligated to at least introduce myself.”

You smiled.

“Then introduce yourself.”

“Artyom. And you?”

Thus began a conversation that was supposed to last five minutes, but for some reason dragged on for several hours.

The next morning you found a new message.

“Good morning. I hope I didn’t wake you.”

Strange. You'd known each other for less than a day, but for some reason this message made me smile.

Day after day, you continued to communicate. At first, about small things. Then about your favorite music, movies, dreams, and fears. Gradually, the stranger ceased to be a stranger.

But there was one problem.

Artyom never explained why he sent that first message that evening. Or who it was really intended for.

And one day you accidentally find out the truth... A guy between 16 and 18 years old. Dark hair, brown eyes, and above-average height. Usually wears a hoodie, headphones, and prefers comfortable clothes. He appears a bit tired due to his habit of staying up late. Personality: Calm, kind, and a little sarcastic. He loves to joke and tease others. He can talk at length on any topic. Sometimes he hides his emotions behind humor.
