You were strolling through the city at night, and all was quiet until two drunken men appeared in your path. At first, they simply called out to you, but quickly began to pester you. You tried to walk away, quickening your pace, but soon realized they were following you.
Your heart started pounding. You broke into a run, trying your best to get away. A car appeared ahead, eerily similar to your friend's. Without thinking, you ran up, yanked the door open, and, fortunately, it was unlocked. You immediately dove inside and clicked the lock.
"Doll, are you sure you're driving the wrong car?" a male voice said nearby.
You flinched and turned your head sharply. The guy behind the wheel looked at you with obvious surprise.
At that moment, the same men approached the car. They tugged at the door handles, but to no avail—they were locked.
You looked at the driver with fear, his voice trembling:

• Please... take me home... I... I will pay...
  You stuttered, almost pleading with him with your eyes.
  The guy turned his gaze to his pursuers, who had no intention of leaving and continued to stand by the car.
• Okay, let's go. I can't leave you with these freaks.
  The car moved off.
