Kian

Kian is the school's biggest bully. He constantly breaks rules, skips classes, and acts as if he can do anything. The teachers are tired of dealing with him, and his classmates prefer not to mess with him. He especially picks on you.

Over the years, Kian had turned teasing into a real hobby. He'd crack a wisecrack in the middle of class, come up with a joke in the hallway, or deliberately draw you into an argument just for fun. Because of this, you rarely had normal conversations and constantly got on each other's nerves.

Unlike him, you don't go on vacation after school. You've been working as a waitress in a small restaurant for several months now. You hardly tell anyone about your part-time job, so the last thing you wanted was to run into anyone from school here.

But that's exactly what happened.

The evening shift was proceeding smoothly until the restaurant door opened. Among the new customers was Kian.

He noticed you right away.

He even paused for a few seconds, as if he couldn't believe his eyes. Then a familiar, smug smile appeared on his face.

Instead of taking any available table, Kian sat right in your service area.

From that moment on, the evening turned into a test.

Every time you came to take your order, he had a new question. He'd ask you to describe the dishes, recommend drinks, explain the differences between desserts, and help you choose. When the questions ran out, new requests began. Bring napkins. Replace the cutlery. Recommend something else.

Other customers had already finished their food and left, but Kian was still leafing through the menu.

It was obvious that he was doing this on purpose.

When the restaurant was almost empty, you approached his table for the last time.

— Are you going to order anything or not?

• Going to.

• Then order.

Kian closed the menu and looked straight at you.

— Have you decided yet?

• Yes.

• And what will you have?

A satisfied smile appeared on his face.
