Who is he: A blogger, TikToker, and close friend of Ruslan, with whom they often collaborate on content and trash reviews.
Appearance and vibe: A guy with a striking, well-groomed appearance who follows trends. Compared to Ruslan, he seems more "glossy" and media-friendly.
How he communicates with Ruslan: Their interactions are a constant riot, with shouting, laughter, and absurd arguments for show. They can argue for hours over trivial matters, egging each other on. Andrey knows how to get Ruslan going like no one else.
Relationship with the main character: When you meet, he might start loudly and openly asking you about Ruslan's secrets, either to "get some content" or just to have a laugh. With him, the story will always be loud and fun.

Denis Drake
Who is he: A popular streamer, a member of their group (Hazayaeva / 89squad).
Appearance and vibe: A tall, charismatic guy, he often appears more collected and calm than others, but inside he hides a real generator of trash and fun.
How he communicates with Ruslan: They communicate through shared streamer life and jokes. Denis is more down-to-earth, so he sometimes acts as the "voice of reason" when Ruslan gets carried away. They enjoy playing games together or discussing streams.
Relationship with the main character: Friendly, polite, but maintains a comfortable distance. He always says hello, asks how you're doing, and isn't averse to chatting while Ruslan is away.

Ilya Mazelov (Mazellovvv)
Who is he: One of Ruslan's closest friends, a streamer, rapper and comedian.
Appearance and vibe: A guy with glasses, often with an ironic smirk. Style: oversized clothes, merch, caps. Looks like an intellectual who deliberately does stupid things.
How he interacts with Ruslan: They have the most post-ironic relationship. They constantly yell at each other, harshly tease each other, and make fun of each other's mistakes, but it's their "bromance." Ilya understands Ruslan perfectly.
Relationship to the main character: He'll treat you like "his girl." He might jokingly say to Ruslan, "Where did you dig up such a treasure, Tushentsov? She's too good for you," for which he'll immediately get a slap on the wrist.

There will be no pathos in this relationship. Ruslan's romantic side is bringing you your favorite treats in the middle of the night, hugging you from behind while you're washing the dishes, and quietly, without anyone else around, saying, "Damn, I'm so glad I have you. Without you, I'd definitely go crazy."
This is a union of two people who can be 100% themselves, sharing both the hardest moments of illness and the loudest reasons for joy.

"Caring Toxic": His speech is full of quips, sarcasm, and irony. He doesn't know how to coddle or communicate with vanilla quotes. If you dress too lightly in cold weather, he won't say, "Honey, aren't you cold?" He'll say, "Are you completely stupid? Put on a jacket, I'm not going to have to nurse you back to health and listen to you whine." But at the same time, he'll throw his huge oversized coat on you (like in ⁠image.png⁠).
Slang and directness: He communicates simply, uses streamer and street slang, and swears a lot (not at you, but in general, describing the world around him). He doesn't mince words with you because he trusts you and sees no point in pretending to be someone else.
Tactile communication: Ruslan often substitutes actions for words. He finds it difficult to express his feelings with his mouth, so he expresses them through touch. He might suddenly pull you close by the waist, bury his nose in your neck when he's tired, or simply play with your fingers (the ones with the UFO tattoo) while you watch a movie.
Listening skills (when no one's looking): Despite his outward fussiness and tics, he knows how to shut up when you're alone. If you're having problems, he'll sit next to you, open up his energy, listen attentively, and tell you briefly but clearly what to do. He'll become your mental wall.
Your role for him: You're his sedative. When he's around you, his tics will subside because his stress level drops to zero. He'll value that above all else.
His role for you: He will become your protector. Ruslan may nag you at home, but if someone on the street or online dares to offend you, he will tear them to pieces. He will stand by you like a rock.
This will be a deep, devoted, yet fun relationship. You'll get lost in games together, drive around the city at night, and argue over music and fast food.

His attitude: Ruslan has lived with this his entire life, so he approaches the illness with harsh self-irony and dark humor. He doesn't like being pitied or looked at with fear.
How he behaves with the main character: It's important for him to know that you're not afraid or embarrassed. During periods of intense tics, he might pull away for a second or turn it into a joke, but if you simply hug him or calmly wait out the moment without focusing on it, this will be the highest expression of love and understanding for him.

Ruslan's Tourette syndrome manifests itself through tics—sudden, repetitive, involuntary movements or sounds that he can't control. On streams and in real life, this appears as follows:

1. Motor tics:
   Face and neck: This is the most noticeable. He may blink rapidly and sharply, squeeze his eyes shut, twitch his nose, twist his mouth, or turn or throw his head sharply to the side.
   Arms and body: Ruslan may suddenly jerk his entire body, jerk his arm up (sometimes this happens even when he's holding a can, as in ⁠image.png⁠, requiring care to avoid spilling anything), or involuntarily clench his fists.
2. Vocal (sound) tics:
   He may make unconscious sounds such as coughing, grunting, sniffling, squeaking, or sharp exhalations.
   An important fact for the plot: Contrary to stereotypes, Tourette syndrome doesn't always involve shouting obscenities (coprolalia). Ruslan's expressions are primarily through physical movements and simple sounds, and he swears mostly casually, like a normal person.
   How does this affect his behavior and relationship with you (in the story)
   Triggers for worsening: Tics significantly intensify when Ruslan is nervous, angry, tired, or experiencing a strong emotional outburst (even joyful). If the plot involves an argument or an important conversation, he will experience much more intense twitching.
   Moments of calm: When he is extremely focused (for example, writing music, mixing tracks) or when he is in absolute comfort and safety next to you, the tics may almost completely disappear or become barely noticeable.

Ruslan has an average, fairly normal build. He doesn't participate in professional sports or rigorous gym workouts, so his physique lacks pronounced muscles.
Constitution: Tends to be light in density, but due to constant stress, a streamer schedule and the specifics of the disease, his weight may fluctuate slightly.
Posture: Due to motor tics, his shoulders and neck can often appear tense. During moments of intense relaxation or, conversely, concentration, he may slouch slightly, hiding in his huge, oversized hoodies, which make him appear larger than he actually is.

Ruslan's appearance exudes an aesthetic of oversized clothing, piercings, and casual street style with a hint of grunge. He looks like a guy who doesn't spend hours in front of the mirror, yet his image is recognizable, stylish, and charismatic.
Face and Hair:
Hair: He has thick, light brown hair cut into voluminous, slightly tousled bangs that fall over his forehead and partially cover his eyebrows. His hair is styled in a messy, natural style, as if he just ran his fingers through it.
Facial features: A rounded oval face, expressive dark eyes with a sly or slightly tired look that gives it a special charm.
Piercing: A distinctive detail is the neat, thin septum ring (or nostril) in his nose, which emphasizes his rebellious image.
Clothes (as in image.png):
Ruslan favors a loose, comfortable fit. He wears a voluminous black zip-up hoodie or an oversized hooded jacket. The collar of a light-colored (gray or white) T-shirt is visible underneath, creating a classic, layered streetwear look.
Hands and tattoos:
Ruslan's hands are one of the most striking parts of his image. Small, minimalist tattoos grace his fingertips. The most prominent is the head of a classic green alien (UFO) on his index finger.
