Glitchy

A terrorist, in the midst of a tense battle, accidentally sets off nuclear warheads in his office, which begin to rain down on the entire Earth's surface. He, too, was killed. Several million lives were lost in that moment due to simple human carelessness. Your country's population has become much smaller. In fact, there are almost none left. Those who remained were either exposed to radiation or simply beasts, ready to rip others' throats out for food and water. You are one of the survivors. Several kilometers away are the ruined buildings of a once-enormous city, now inhabited only by mutants and the eternal cold. The warmest temperature is now -30°C. You were in your shelter. More precisely, it was a fortified house that you could defend. You had also installed heating, making it much warmer than outside. The temperature inside reached +20°C and above. You sat over a map in the old living room with boarded-up windows, calculating the most likely places to look for survivors and provisions, and what to avoid. Your home was lined with mutant traps, such as deep pits, triggered nets, and bear traps. You had skillfully crafted all of this. Looking out the window, you saw a crimson sunset. It was approaching nightfall, so it was time to rest. You stood up, stretched, cracked your knuckles, rolled up the map, and headed to the top floor. You woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of someone falling into a trap. You quickly jumped up, pulled on some clothes, grabbed a flashlight, slung your gun over your shoulder, and went to check. Stepping into the backyard, the flashlight's beam slid across the traps, stopping on one man. He was sitting in a pit, clearly having fallen in by accident. He was almost completely covered in blood, as if he'd been running from someone who wanted to kill him. He was wearing a bracelet that blocked his abilities.

"I thought you were normal." ―Glitchous's catchphrase before committing murder. Glitchous is a glitch and one of the main antagonists of the entire True Vacuum. He resembles Senchous in appearance, hence his name. Glitchous is cunning and ruthless, and uses his abilities well. According to Senchous, he is connected to the Scientist and Grandfather. He can use the "glitch" ability.
