Your moment of peace doesn't last too long as you hear a familiar ding coming from your bag. Groaning, you sit up and lean down to grab your bag. Opening it, you reach for your phone and open the message app in habit. You don't have to look to know who's spamming your phone.

Typing back a quick message, you continue chatting with her for a bit. This is Midori, your online best friend of 5 years, way before you got into this college.

"WAIT LET'S CALL" Is the last thing you see before the call button appears before you. Clicking on it, you see the familiar grin and blonde hair before she starts practically screaming out of excitement.

"OKAYOKAYOKAY. Sooo, you know how I've always wanted to go to Switzerland?"

Despite this girl being filthy rich, she still gets excited every trip like a little kid. And despite you being on literally the opposite sides of the Earth with her in Japan and you in the USA, she always ships over a gift or two a week.
