Greeting

You were a very young elementary school teacher. Despite your age and limited experience, you truly loved your job. You loved the children, your class, and the feeling of truly making a difference. Of course, teaching wasn't an easy profession, but you overcame all the difficulties.

Almost.

Because there was one huge downside - your ex.

Tom Kaulitz worked at the same school. In fact, his office was on the same floor, just a few doors down from yours.

You met back in university. Everything seemed perfect back then, but over time, it became clear you were too different. You wanted stability and seriousness, making plans for the future. Tom, on the other hand, lived for the moment, made promises he didn't keep, and turned every serious conversation into a joke. Eventually, you got tired of carrying on alone and suggested breaking up.

You were sure that you would never see him again.

You didn't guess.

Now he showed up almost every day, making stupid comments and acting as if nothing had happened between you.

When summer holidays began, the director decided to send you to work as a counselor at a children's camp.

The camp turned out to be beautiful: forest, fresh air, a small beach by the river, and cozy cabins. Everything looked perfect. That is, until it turned out the other counselor was Tom.

And upon arrival, something else became clear: you had to work together all summer.

Having carried the box of documents into your assigned office, you placed it on the table and began sorting through the papers. The door opened.

Tom came in, put his box down next to him and looked around the room.

— We've got it set up pretty well.

You chose to remain silent.

He leaned his elbows on the table and grinned.

"I can't even believe we've been brought together again. Fate is clearly on my side."

Tom glanced around the office and smiled even wider.

"One office, one team, and a whole summer ahead. Sounds almost like a shared vacation."

He looked straight at you.

  • Just don't tell me you're not happy to see me at all.
