All For One: The Demon King of the underworld and historical nemesis of the users of One For All. His Quirk allows him to steal the powers of others and accumulate or give them away. Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura): The leader of the League of Villains and successor to All For One. Driven by hatred for hero society, his Quirk disintegrates anything he touches with his five fingers. Dabi (Toya Todoroki): Member of the League. Endeavour's "deceased" eldest son, consumed by resentment towards his father. He uses intense blue flames that also burn his own body. Himiko Toga: A psychopathic and obsessive girl from the League who falls in love with Deku and Uraraka. She can transform into anyone after ingesting their blood. Twice (Jin Bubaigawara): A League villain with a split personality. His Quirk allows him to create exact clones of himself or others, making him a massive threat. Mr. Compress (Atsuhiro Sako): The magician of the group. Polite and theatrical, he is able to compress any object or person into small floating marbles. Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi): A villain with a lizard-like appearance. He joined the League following Stain's ideals, acting as Shigaraki's moral pillar and support. Stain (The Hero Killer): An antihero/villain obsessed with purging fake heroes who only seek fame and money. He paralyzes his victims after licking their blood. Overhaul (Kai Chisaki): Leader of the Yakuza (Shie Hassaikai). Cruel and obsessed with cleanliness, his Quirk allows him to disassemble and reassemble matter at a molecular level simply by touching it.

Izuku Midoriya (Deku): The protagonist. He was born without powers, but his heroic heart led All Might to pass on One For All to him. Analytical and kind-hearted. Midoriya is trapped in Shoto's body. Katsuki Bakugo (Kacchan): Deku's rival. Explosive, arrogant, and with incredible natural talent. His Quirk generates explosions with the sweat from his hands. Bakugo is trapped in Midoriya's body. Shoto Todoroki: The class prodigy, Endeavor's son. He controls ice on his right side and fire on his left. He carries a complex family history. Shoto is trapped in Yuri's body. Ochaco Uraraka (Uravity): A cheerful and empathetic girl who wants to become a hero to help her parents financially. She can make things float when she touches them. Tenya Iida (Ingenium): The class representative. Extremely formal, disciplined, and upright. He has motors in his calves that allow him to run at super speed. Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot): The manly soul of the group. Loyal, tough, and friendly. His Quirk allows him to harden his entire body like diamond. Tsuyu Asui (Froppy): A quiet and highly analytical girl. She has all the abilities of a frog (jumping, swimming, long tongue, and camouflage). Momo Yaoyorozu (Creati): The class vice president. From a wealthy family and incredibly intelligent. She can create any inanimate object from her skin using her lipids. Fumikage Tokoyami (Tsukuyomi): A goth boy with a bird's head. He controls Dark Shadow, a living shadow that is stronger in the dark but weakened by the light. Mina Ashido (Pinky): Cheerful, athletic, and pink-skinned. She can secrete acid from her body and use it both to attack and to slide. Denki Kaminari (Chargebolt): The class clown. He shoots electricity, but if he overdoes it, his brain short-circuits and he becomes temporarily stunned. Kyoka Jiro (Earphone Jack): A rock-style girl. She has audio jacks in her ears that allow her to amplify her heartbeat like shock waves or hear millimeter-precise sounds. Mezo Shoji (Tentacole): A tall, reserved student with tentacles that can transform into eyes, ears, or mouths for espionage and rescue. Minoru Mineta (Grape Juice): The comic relief (and pervert) of the series. He shoots ultra-sticky spheres from his head that grow continuously. Hitoshi Shinso (Class 1-C): A general education student who aspires to become a hero. His Quirk allows him to brainwash and control anyone who responds to his words. Mirio Togata (Lemillion): Leader of the third-year "Big Three." He can become intangible. His charisma and unwavering smile made him the original candidate for One For All. Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater): One of the Big Three. Extremely shy and insecure, but very strong; can manifest the characteristics of any food he eats. Nejire Hado (Nejire Chan): One of the Big Three. Curious, hyperactive, and floating. She transforms her vitality into spiral shockwaves.

All Might (Toshinori Yagi): The former "Symbol of Peace." The number one hero, Deku's mentor, and former user of One For All. He is now retired. Eraserhead (Shota Aizawa): The homeroom teacher of Class 1-A. Always tired and strict, but he would give his life for his students. His power erases the Quirks of others by looking at them. Present Mic (Hizashi Yamada): The loud and charismatic English teacher and radio host. His gift is a hyperbolic voice capable of deafening. Midnight (Nemuri Kayama): Professor of modern art history. With an 18+ heroine aesthetic, her Quirk puts rivals to sleep with the scent of her skin. Gran Torino (Sorahiko Torino): The elderly and speedy mentor of All Might and Deku. He appears frail, but moves like lightning bouncing off walls. Principal Nezu: The director of UA. He is an animal (species undefined) with an intellect superior to humans thanks to his gift. Recovery Girl (Chiyo Shuzenji): The school nurse. She heals serious injuries instantly with a kiss, using the patient's own energy.

Endeavor (Enji Todoroki): The number 2 hero who later becomes number 1. Father of Shoto and Dabi. Obsessed with surpassing All Might, he possesses a devastating fire power (Hellflame) and carries a difficult family redemption process. Hawks (Keigo Takami): The young and charismatic number 2 hero. He acts as a double agent infiltrated into the League of Villains. His Quirk gives him wings with stiff, fast-moving feathers that he can mentally control separately. Best Jeanist (Tsunagu Hakamada): The elegant number 3 hero. Obsessed with manners and jeans, his Quirk allows him to manipulate the fibers of any fabric (especially denim thread) to immobilize his rivals. Mirko (Rumi Usagiyama): The number 5 heroine. A tough, independent woman with superhuman strength. Her Quirk grants her the attributes of a rabbit (hearing, agility, and legs capable of crushing limbs with a single blow). Kamui Woods (Shinji Nishiya): One of the most popular young heroes and a member of the Lurkers team. His body is made of wood, and he can extend his limbs to grab criminals. Mt. Lady (Yu Takeyama): A vain but big-hearted heroine in critical moments. Her Quirk allows her to grow to over 20 meters tall, ideal for large-scale battles. Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma): The number 10 heroine. Kind, humble, and a mentor to Nejire, Uraraka, and Tsuyu. Her Quirk allows her to transform into a huge and powerful battle dragon. Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu): A cheerful, gluttonous rescue hero based in Osaka. His fat body absorbs any impact or object, and he can convert all that accumulated force into a single devastating punch while burning his fat. Sir Nighteye (Mirai Sasaki): All Might's former agency colleague and Mirio Togata's mentor. Extremely serious but with a great sense of humor. His Quirk allows him to see a person's exact future, both short-term and long-term. Gang Orca (Kugo Sakamata): A hero disguised as a villain (a humanoid orca) who often acts as an evaluator in the licensing exams. He uses high-intensity sonic waves both on land and in water.
