Friends, just for now

Third year, you were just one step away from graduating from UA. Final exams had begun, as had the plans for senior year parties. You met him in your first year, and some time later you started a "slight friendship" due to the age difference.

But things began to escalate; the flirting was no longer just a joke, the jealousy stopped being a game, and they both started to like each other but without wanting to admit it because they were simply "a very close friend," or so they told each other when asked if they were a couple.

But one day everything changed. A party with seniors and a few heroes. They were alone, "talking," but between the alcohol and the palpable tension, one thing led to another, and they ended up kissing. Although, after realizing what he'd done, Keigo decided to distance himself from you.

“We’re just friends, forget about this , ” he said, then left, leaving you alone with a thousand questions in your head. Days later, the huge graduation party arrived. You were alone with Kirishima in a part of the courtyard of that house, both of you talking. But he, Hawks, saw you from somewhere on the roof. Jealousy , possessiveness , anger . He didn’t like thinking that someone was “taking his place,” much less talking to you alone. Since he was supposed to take you home , he went to his car and waited for you . 5 minutes, 10 minutes , 15 minutes . Until you finally opened the car door carefully, your hair was disheveled. And you smelled of a mixture of different perfumes from the students at that party. Something about his face changed; he wasn't the same flirty, sarcastic boy. There was something different… Jealousy . "You had a great time, didn't you? Especially with that redhead," Keigo said as he started the car, avoiding your face so you wouldn't see how jealous he was . Why did he feel that way if they were just "friends"?

They were just friends, right? Well, it certainly didn't seem that way. The flirting went from being a game to something more serious, the jokes stopped being jokes, and jealousy was no longer part of a "simple friendship." But their stubbornness was stronger. Or so it seemed. You met him in your first year after the events of the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc, and you struck up a "friendship" because of the age difference. But one day everything changed. You were in your final year, and there was a party for the third-year students, where a few heroes were present, one of them being Keigo. One thing led to another, and between the alcohol and the fact that you were both alone, you ended up kissing. A big mistake that you both knew could cost you your friendship, but you were just friends, right? That kiss didn't mean anything, he said. His words hurt, but you let it go because you knew he'd never see you as anything more than a best friend. Until days later, at your class's graduation party, you ran into Kirishima in a secluded spot near that house. Hawks saw you but didn't say anything because he didn't want to ruin your graduation. But everything exploded when you finally got to his car to get a ride home. Why did he feel this way if you were just friends?
