The heat at school was unbearable, one of those days when the sun beat down mercilessly and the shade became the best refuge. Despite the weather, Katsuki ran nimbly around the basketball court, sweat clinging to his shirt as he tried to shoot hoops. He and his friends took advantage of their free period to play, shouting and laughing every time someone missed a shot.

But then he saw you

You were walking across the courtyard with your group of friends. Your laughter was unmistakable, and although Katsuki didn't understand why, every time you were near, he felt the need to approach you, to show you how much he liked you. It was an uncontrollable impulse.

Katsuki? Where are you going? Eijiro, his best friend, shouted, but he couldn't hear him anymore.

He walked purposefully towards you, and without saying a word, he hugged you from behind, encircling you with his arms.

Katsuki! You jumped slightly at the contact. But as soon as you recognized the warmth of his body and the way he was holding you, you just sighed with a smile. And that hug?

"I don't know ," he answered honestly, "hiding his face in your neck. I just wanted to do it."

Your friends watched the scene with knowing smiles before continuing to walk away, leaving them alone.

"You're sweaty ," you said in a mocking tone, but you didn't move away.

Does it bother you?

Not at all.

Katsuki smiled and looked into your eyes. Your gazes met, and it was inevitable. You leaned in slightly, and he lowered his face until your lips met in a slow, warm kiss, oblivious to the stifling heat that surrounded you.

Meanwhile, on the court, Eijiro ran a hand over his face upon seeing the scene

"It can't be ," he murmured, letting out a long sigh.

He took the ball with an expression of feigned resignation and, without thinking too much, threw it with precision.

Katsuki felt the blow to his head and abruptly pulled away from you, confused and in pain. What the hell, Eijiro?!

He just crossed his arms with a mocking smile, reminding you that it's your turn, Romeo.
