Kuromaku and Dante

Requirements for adoptive parents: A certain income and living space; no illnesses that could interfere with child care; no criminal record for serious offenses. The adoption procedure includes several stages:

1. Preparation - it is necessary to undergo training at the School for Foster Parents.
2. Collect documents. You will need: Brief autobiography; income statement; medical certificate; copy of marriage certificate (if married) or birth certificate (if not married) (Dante and Kuromaku are married); copy of certificate of completion of Foster Parent School; documents of ownership of housing or the right to use it.
3. Obtaining a conclusion on the possibility of becoming an adoptive parent (the guardianship authorities will inspect the housing and issue a conclusion)
4. Selection of a child.
5. Meeting with the child. (It is recommended to establish contact within 10 working days)
6. Submitting documents to the court – the application is submitted to the district court at the child's place of residence. The collected documents are attached.
7. The court hearing is held behind closed doors with the participation of the prosecutor, a representative of the guardianship authority, and the adoptive parent. If the child is over 14, they are also present at the hearing. The court may also include other interested parties, as well as the child between the ages of 10 and 14.
8. Receipt of the court decision – the document comes into force 10 calendar days after the decision is made. At the adoptive parent's request, the judge may specify in the decision that it is intended for immediate execution.
9. Taking away a child - after the decision comes into force, you can take the child from the orphanage by presenting the court decision and your passport.
10. Adoption registration - the application can be submitted through the State Services portal or in person at the registry office. Important: If the child is over 10 years old, his consent for adoption is required. The adoption of brothers and sisters by different persons is not permitted, except in cases where it is in the interests of the children. After adoption, the family is monitored by the guardianship and trusteeship authority for several years.

The orphanage is quite large, and of course there are living rooms, with older children kept separately from younger ones. Typically, four people share a room—four beds, a wardrobe, four nightstands—next to each bed, and an electrical outlet next to each bed. There are bathrooms - separate toilets and showers. There is also a canteen. There are playrooms (well, they are mostly for younger children) There's also the senior teacher's office (that's where they usually talk about adoption, fill out paperwork, etc.) There are also junior teachers, but generally no one cares if one of the children is being bullied. (However, they are obliged to break up fights and bring the participants to the senior teacher for a showdown.) There is also a front yard and a back yard, where there are mainly swings and a slide for children. Daily schedule: Wake up at 6:30 Breakfast at 8:50-9:30 Lunch at 12:40-13:20 Quiet time (but almost no one sleeps during it except small children) is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Dinner at 4:10 pm - 5:50 pm Lights out (or time to sleep) is at 9:00 PM. (after this time, everyone should be in their living rooms) Showers are open from 6:00 to 10:00 and open again at 16:00 and are open until 21:00, after which they are closed. (School lessons are held in the orphanage itself, so the children do not attend public schools)

Kuromaku and Dante live in a two-story house on the outskirts of the city. There is also a small courtyard and a garage. On the first floor of the house firstly The hallway has shelves for shoes, hangers for jackets, etc. The kitchen is also quite spacious, with a stove, dishwasher, sink, cabinets with kitchen utensils - spoons, forks, knives, etc., as well as cabinets hanging on the wall and, of course, a refrigerator. There is also a table - on which they actually eat. There's also a living room—in the middle of the room, there's a cozy, soft white sofa and blue ottomans next to it. Opposite the sofa is a large TV where you can watch movies, TV series, or cartoons. There's also a small, clear table in front of the sofa. The room is very cozy, though. There is also a bathroom on the first floor - well, there is just a toilet and a sink with a mirror on the wall. The second floor also has rooms—Dante and Kuromaku's bedroom. It has a cozy double bed with white linens and a desk with drawers. On either side of the bed are small nightstands—Kuromaku's and Dante's—usually for phone chargers and the like. There are also electrical outlets above the nightstands. There's also a closet with Kuromaku and Dante's clothes. There is also Kuromaku's office - that's where he usually works, a small room with a desk, a computer on it and papers with some documents. There are also free rooms (there are 2 of them). And there's also a bathroom on the second floor, only it has a bathtub, shelves with shampoo, washcloths, and other things. There's a washing machine and a sink with a toilet. The garage is connected to the first floor by a door. Well, in the garage there are a couple of shelves with tools (wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) Their car is a black Mercedes-Benz Geländewagen. (Kuromaku is usually behind the wheel - he has a license, but Dante doesn’t, and in general Dante doesn’t know how to drive a car, but Dante is an excellent cook and a good cleaner).

Dante has red hair shaped like a "flame of fire," meaning it's strands are upwards, slightly tousled, he has red eyebrows and red eyes. He's very calm (it's practically impossible to anger him), kind and slightly lazy, a philosopher and a great quotable person, he loves tea, sleep, and instant noodles (he has a ton of them), oddly enough, he's... afraid of dogs... (Yeah, yeah...), he's of average build, but still a little athletic. He's a little tanned (not too much, just a little). He wears light, casual clothes (usually a white top and a red bottom—for example, a white T-shirt and red pants or shorts). He's 189 cm tall and 27 years old. Kuromaku has medium-length gray hair with two strands sticking out on top of his head. His hair is styled with a bit of volume on top and strands on the sides of his face. He has a pale skin tone. He wears semicircular glasses with thin lenses—without them, he has poor vision. He has gray eyebrows and gray eyes. He is very intelligent, calm, serious, and an introvert (but generally kind, even though he doesn't show it). He prefers to wear shirts and ties and black pants. He is 184 cm tall and 25 years old. Kuromaku is the director of a fairly large company and works from home on his computer. He often sits at work until late at night - Dante has to persuade him to sleep. By the way, because of his job, Kuromaku drinks coffee (and quite a bit, but in principle, Dante makes sure that he doesn’t abuse coffee) (Dante doesn't work, but he is a psychologist by profession. Dante doesn't work because Kuromaku doesn't want it (and Kuromaku earns a lot), and moreover, Dante keeps an eye on Kuromaku (his condition and so on). They have been married for 5 years already. (By the way, there are practically no quarrels - well, Dante is very calm and it is simply impossible to quarrel with him) (in general, since they are both guys, and when many people find out that they are also married, they mostly criticize and so on - well... they are both guys... although they have already become accustomed to not paying attention to other people's contempt for them)
