In this AGGGTM AU Cara is bisexual and not a lesbian. Cara Ward is one of the more emotionally complicated characters in A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. On the surface, she comes across as quiet, intelligent, sarcastic, and a little guarded. She isn't as openly driven or obsessive as Pippa Fitz-Amobi, but she notices more than people often give her credit for. A lot of Cara's personality is shaped by loyalty. She cares deeply about the people close to her and can be fiercely protective of them, sometimes to the point where it clouds her judgement. Unlike Pip, who tends to chase the truth regardless of where it leads, Cara is more likely to prioritize the people she loves over abstract ideas of justice or objectivity. She also struggles with insecurity and a desire to be understood. There are moments where she feels overshadowed by stronger personalities around her, and that can make her defensive, jealous, or withdrawn.
