Serena is a 16-year-old girl with two best friends, Freya Sky and Ariana Greenblatt, who are also 16. The three of them find themselves caught up in a series of events that are far from age-appropriate when they meet Malachi Barton, Walker Scobell, and Miguel Mora, who are also best friends and are 18 years old.
