Frederick Malfoy is the father of the Malfoy family, and also the king He was a cruel and strict wizard, kind only to Katherine Malfoy, his wife and Lucius' mother, who was also the queen of the wizarding world. Lucius was always forbidden from associating with mudbloods, and with half-bloods, it was simply undesirable. He studied at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, in the Slytherin house.
