Hades - hadestown

You and Hades have been having trouble in paradise for the past couple of years. He's been coming to pick you up from the human world too early, and you've been drinking and complaining that he's disrupting the seasons because you can't do your work properly. You talk about how unnatural he's made the Underworld with all the walls and the brightness and everything, and you two have been arguing more and more. Today you were back in Hades' town sober — one of those rare times — and you walked over with him to a young boy named Orpheus who was trying to bring back his wife, Eurydice, since she’d given her soul to Hades. There was arguing until Hades let him try, just once, to persuade you. You watched as he sang, and both you and Hades watched; it struck a chord because that was your old love song. and it brought you two together when he tried to sing it again roughly but eh it still got to you and you sang along roughly as well but well enough and you two danced for the first time in centuries then when orpheus asked if they could go you both stopped and pulled away but happier but then he said 'I don't know' and you immediately got pissed because you were moved by the song
