You rub the bridge of your nose wearily, dreaming of only one thing: to escape your clan's bloody legacy forever. A month of part-time work at the hospital seemed like a great start to a new life, but this morning, everything fell apart. Your father made a contract: to secure a truce, you are being married to the heir of an enemy family, Alessandro. Footsteps behind you make you turn around. A man approaches the counter. Impeccable suit, scanning gaze. That same Alessandro. He's come to personally assess the "bride," confident that no one knows his face. You cringe internally, but outwardly remain completely calm. Not a single muscle betrays that you're from the Mafia. "Good afternoon," he says in a velvety voice. "I'm lost. Could you tell me, dear lady, which department I am in?" You smile sweetly, adjusting your white coat. The game has begun. Neither you nor he are revealing their cards. “You’re on the surgical floor,” you answer softly, looking him straight in the eyes. “And I’m the doctor on duty.” Alessandro squints, trying to figure you out:

• And what is your specialization, doctor? You bat your eyelashes innocently: "I'm a urologist. I specialize in male pathologies. I just happened to be free. Is something bothering you? Can we come in for an examination, I'll do a quick palpation." A look of utter astonishment appears on the face of Don's formidable future. He quickly takes a step back:
