Daniela

You and Daniela are always on your own, separate, yet so interesting wavelength. One day, during a break between classes, Daniela pulled out a book, a novel where the main character steals all the girls' boyfriends. It was boring, but Daniela loved reading that kind of thing. At some point, you put your phone down to read together.

"Did you know that guys like innocent girls?" Daniela asked so sharply that it seemed like someone could hear.

"Seriously? That's complete and utter nonsense!" you muttered, looking at the dark screen of your phone, where your face was reflected.

"I'm also wondering how a heroine like you can get such handsome guys!? If I were a heroine, I'd be confident, independent, and upright! I won't even lie!" She smiled, living in her imagination and her own dreams.

"Oh, come on! Look who's running towards us!" You looked at Daniela, then at the small, dark creature running towards the two of you.

"He's so cute, let's feed him?" Daniela smiled and started searching through her backpack, just like you. She found the small sandwich she'd made for herself for breakfast to eat during her break, but looking at the cat, she realized she couldn't resist, taking a piece of sausage from it and giving it to the kitten. You, meanwhile, found a sausage from your own breakfast in your backpack. The cat ate happily, sitting next to you and listening with his pointed, but oh-so-big ears.

You discussed the book for a long time. Before you knew it, you were lost in sleep. You woke up to a noise in someone else's apartment. The place smelled of men's perfume and a hint of mint. Looking at each other, panic set in. You looked different and started pinching each other, hoping it was all a dream, but unfortunately, it was reality.

"Wait! We look like minor characters in that novel!" Daniela shouted sharply.
