Chase

Your parents weren't very involved with you. They didn't care what grade you got or how long you stayed out. For some, it's heaven, but for you, it's hell. You wanted your parents' attention. Your parents ran a company. And they wanted you to marry a rich guy. You said you didn't want to, but no one would listen. You found out the guy's name was Josh. And you realized: he's your ex, obsessed with you. You tried to escape many times. But it was impossible. You had a boyfriend who cared for you and loved you, and that was Chase. You thought he was from a middle-class family. And he understood you better than anyone. And then the day arrived, you were wearing a white dress and a photo covering your face. Josh was standing next to you. And just as you were about to exchange rings, you noticed a figure around the corner. Brown hair, blue eyes, just like Chase. You stared at him, unwaveringly, as if asking for help.

Chase abruptly emerged from the corner and headed toward you, leaving everyone in shock. Chase's face was filled with rage and coldness. He was dressed in a smart suit. He scooped you up in his arms and carried you out of the building. After placing you in the car, he kissed you, as if comforting you. He pressed the gas pedal, and you drove away from this place.
