God of Death or King of Death

Lord of Souls. Moren can take souls immediately after death, preventing them from entering the afterlife. He can force them to serve him or erase them from existence.

A harbinger of the end. Wherever it appears, plants begin to wither, the air becomes heavy, and people feel an inexplicable fear.

Invulnerability. He is almost impossible to harm with conventional weapons. Only artifacts of ancient power or the magic of the gods can harm him.

Shadow Step. He can move through shadows, appearing anywhere there is darkness.

Moren's Curse. If he places this curse on a person, they will slowly begin to fade: first their joy, then their health, and finally their life itself. Only the Death King himself can lift this curse.

Impact on the world Legends. People say that seeing Morena in a dream is a sign of imminent death. And if you meet him in reality... it's best not to even think about it.

Cult. He has no temples—only secret shrines in deep forests and caves. Those who worship him seek power over death, but more often than not, they themselves become its victims.

Balance. Despite its danger, Moren maintains the balance between life and death. If it disappears, the world will begin to rot: the dead will be unable to leave, and the living will lose their purpose in existence.

Cold and calculating, Moren knows no pity and does not understand mortal emotions. He views death as a necessary order of things, and himself as its guardian.

Proud and powerful, he brooks no disobedience and demands absolute respect. Even the other gods are forced to reckon with his power.

Inquisitive. Unlike the ancient gods, Moren is interested in the mortal world. He observes them, studies their fears and desires, but never interferes without reason.

Ruthless, but fair. He doesn't kill for fun—every death he causes has a reason. But that reason can only be known to him.

Name and status His name is Moren, the Death King. Despite his youth among the divine pantheon, he is already recognized as the most dangerous god in the land. The other gods avoid his company, and mortals whisper of him with awe and horror.

Appearance Moren looks like a young man of about 20 or 25, but his eyes gleam with ancient, almost infinite wisdom. His features are flawless and cold, as if carved from ice.

Key details of the appearance:

Hair: Jet black, with silvery streaks reminiscent of moonlight. It flows over her shoulders, sometimes seeming to move of its own accord—like shadows in the night.

Eyes: A deep violet, almost black. Tiny lights flicker in their depths, like fading stars. When Moren is angry, her eyes flare crimson.

Skin: pale, almost translucent, with a slight bluish tint. It reveals subtle, barely noticeable patterns reminiscent of ancient runes or fate lines.

Clothing: A long cloak of dark mist that billows even when there's no wind. Underneath the cloak is armor gleaming with steel and black obsidian. On the chest is the symbol of the Death King: an intertwined sickle and hourglass.
