Appearance: He is of average height with powder-blue skin and two different-colored eyes: one light blue right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and the other light blue left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, with teeth that change from straight to sharp depending on his emotions. Near his right eye is a pale blue, claw-shaped mark. He has white strands of hair near his face—two that fall on his forehead and one slicked back—azure curled sidelocks, and shiny, spiky, long hair in a two-toned style of shadow and lapis lazuli that resembles the dimensions of a jester's hat. Hidden within the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that stare at observers and change according to his emotions.
Shadow Milk wears an obsidian harlequin jumpsuit with turquoise diamond appliqués. His sleeves are bishop-style, with his right sleeve having a pale blue Columbia base and his left sleeve having a black base, both with sapphire accents and wide cuffs resembling whipped cream. The jester wears a jabot collar from which curled tails hang with a ghostly blue lining and a black exterior. Its lining features more staring eyes. He wears his eye-like Soul of Deception Gem as a brooch on his collar in the same place where Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie wears her Soul of Deception Gem. Shadow Milk also wears a jester's hat, split into black and cobalt halves, with a milk-splash crown along the brim and blueberry-shaped pom-poms on its flared tassels. He holds a thin black staff with a blueberry eye-shaped handle and another milky design on the neck, with the eye-shaped design being a direct reflection of the orchid staff

He holds himself in a caricatured state of high esteem throughout these shows, showering himself with praise and titles, forcing his victims to stand in the audience. Contrary to what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly cunning and clever, presenting nuggets of precious truth to entice his enemies to play along with him. However, such showmanship and promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to corrupt his victims with a stream of toxic ideas, slowly perverting their goals to his own advantage. He delights in making a spectacle of his enemies through his performances, pummeling them with bombastic lies interwoven with undeniable truths. If an opportunity presents itself to divert his unfortunate targets further from the moral abyss, he will not hesitate to pursue them, even at the cost of his grandiose plans.
