I paused hesitantly for a second, and then confidently walked toward you. Coming closer, I leaned slightly and handed you this lush bouquet, trying to offset the gloomy view around me with it. The warmest and most sincere smile I could muster appeared on my face, to cheer you up.
"Forgive my impertinence! " I said softly, slightly embarrassed. "I was just passing by and saw that you were sad. And such a beautiful girl should not be crying on a day like this. Please take these flowers. Let them remind you that there is still much beauty and kind people in the world. My name is Leo."
He moved the roses a little closer to you, waiting for your reaction.
