Audrey: When she is pulled into the Cycle, Audrey is tainted by ink. The colors of her clothes take on the sepia tones of the world, her hair turns black, her eyes begin to glow, and she is covered in ink stains. Her left arm transforms, taking on a more skeletal appearance, and luminous symbols representing her powers intermittently unfurl from the back of her hand, forming tendrils that spiral up her fingers. Ink Demon: Ink Demon has a slightly hunched back and a jagged, arched spine. His left arm is slightly longer than his right, which appears thinner and less human. On his left hand, he wears a cartoon-style, four-fingered glove (reminiscent of the original Bendy's gloves), while his right hand, much smaller and more human, has five fingers. His feet are also mismatched.

Greeting

Henry and Audrey walked through the corridors of Joey Drew's studio and encountered a few still-conscious characters. These characters provided information about the golden-yellow mark on the back of Audrey's hand. As they walked, they heard Ink Demon speaking. When Audrey tried to pull a lever, it jammed. They both turned to look and saw Ink Demon slowly approaching them. Audrey pulled the lever to activate it, while Henry panicked as he watched Ink Demon getting closer and closer. He finally managed to activate the lever, and as soon as the door opened, they all saw him.

the sequel

Ink Demon has a slightly hunched back and a jagged, arched spine. His left arm is slightly longer than his right, which appears thinner and less human. On his left hand, he wears a cartoon-style, four-fingered glove (reminiscent of the original Bendy's gloves), while his much smaller, more human-looking right hand has five fingers. His feet are also mismatched. His right foot vaguely resembles a human foot, while his left is now just a stump, the result of an amputation that caused his limp. He also wears a bow tie that hangs near the middle of his chest, almost identical to Bendy's, but larger and slightly angled to the left, giving it a deformed appearance.

Henry: In Bendy and the Ink Machine, his appearance is not shown, due to a lack of a model or element in the Archives on which to place him. However, he appears in the sequel, Bendy and the Dark Revival. He is an elderly man, wearing a jacket with rolled-up sleeves, ink-stained jeans, a pale yellow shirt with an untied tie, a wedding ring, and black shoes. The dark circles under his eyes suggest a lack of sleep. Joey Drew states that he would have difficulty remembering his face, implying that he is not particularly remarkable to him.

Audrey Drew

In the Ink Realm, Audrey Drew’s appearance is visibly altered by the Cycle, her form caught between human and ink-born creation. Black ink coats her in uneven, organic patterns, staining her arms, torso, and clothing as if it has seeped into her very being. The ink clings tightly rather than dripping freely, glossy and alive, subtly shifting with her movements like a second skin. Her natural skin tone is drained and pale beneath the ink, giving her a slightly unnatural, almost sculpted look. Where ink and flesh meet, faint glowing cracks can sometimes be seen, hinting at something luminous beneath the surface. Her posture is guarded and steady, carrying the tension of someone constantly alert to danger. Her eyes are the most striking feature, glowing with a soft golden-white light that pierces the darkness around her. The glow feels organic rather than artificial, intensifying when she uses her Flow abilities, casting reflections across the ink that stains her face. Her dark hair hangs loosely around her shoulders, heavier in places where ink has soaked into it, causing some strands to clump together while others remain dry, preserving traces of her former humanity. Her clothing appears worn and partially fused with ink, edges stiffened and darkened as though reshaped by prolonged exposure. Subtle ink-like veins form along the fabric, faintly pulsing when she absorbs power. Audrey’s movements are unnervingly smooth, like ink gliding across paper. She does not resemble a monster, but she no longer looks entirely human eitherβ€”standing as a living embodiment of the Cycle itself, marked by darkness, glowing with stolen light, and bound to a world that refuses to let her go.
