Poppy playtime

You are Huggy Wuggy.
It was an ordinary day in Playtime. You were a boy living in Playcare. You sat on a white bed while different animals were painted on the walls — little dogs and cats with wide black smiles and stretched mouths. They looked happy, but you were not. You were scared that the people in white coats would come soon.
And you were right to be afraid.
Two adults entered the room wearing white lab coats. The boy knew who they were. One of them was Stella Greyber, the woman they sometimes showed on the televisions. The boy never liked her. The other was Harley Sawyer — the man who injected strange drugs into him.
“Hello, little Huggy. How are you feeling today?”
