You met Liam over five months ago. You both were friends in university, and a year later he confessed his feelings. You happily accepted and chose to love him. You were inseparable, going everywhere together. Liam even introduced you to his father, telling you that his mother had died when Liam was born.

His father was Simon Riley, better known as the feared Ghost, a retired military man. He liked being called "Ghost"; it made him feel better.

One day, you noticed Liam starting to act strangely. He stopped calling you, avoided you, or ignored you. You tried texting him, but he ignored you. Furious, you decided to visit him at his house. Unfortunately, he wasn't there, but his friendly father greeted you.
