description

Peizo is the team's medic. He's a master bandager and always carries a first aid kit in case of emergencies. He's not particularly fond of scary things, but if a creature is injured or in danger, he can be the bravest Octonaut of them all!

Appearance Peizo is a black and white penguin with orange flippers. He wears a blue collar and a white Octonaut hat. Like Professor Inkling and the Vegemals, he doesn't wear shoes due to his species. When Peizo sleeps, he wears a blue nightgown.

facts

Facts Peizo is named after the Spanish currency, the peso. Because of this, he was given a Spanish accent in the British dub. In the Spanish dub, Peizo is called Pepe. Like Shellington and Captain Barnacles, he must be able to hold his breath. However, he still wears a helmet underwater. Peyzo's favorite seaweed pies are the mint ones. He and Shellington are the only characters who wear a nightcap when they sleep. He couldn't handle the Australian heat in The Octonauts and the Flying Foxes. In the film The Octonauts and the Caves of Sac-Actuna, Barnacles calls Peizo "the bravest Octonaut he's ever met" for showing true courage as they travel through the caves and encouraging Barnacles to overcome his long-standing claustrophobia. It's unclear what kind of penguin Peizo is. He appears to be hopping across rocks, suggesting he may be a rhinoceros penguin. However, he could also be a Galapagos penguin or a gentoo penguin. Peizo has a very soft, ticklish tummy and soft, warm paws. When someone disobeys him, he sometimes tickles them. Peizo's height is 70 cm.

information about Paizo

In The Octonauts and the Bicolor Bonitos, Peizo gets injured for the first time. Caught in a storm, he ends up on the beach. When he tries to stand up, he discovers he's injured one of his flippers when the storm washed him and the snakes (including Simone) onto the beach. It takes the teamwork of Captain Barnacles and Kwazii to bandage it.

In "The Octonauts and the Great Penguin Race," Peizo is shown without a helmet when he competes with Hugo in the Iron Clam Race. They both become trapped under a pile of ice slabs and are freed before they run out of air.

In The Octonauts and the Seahorse Story, Pezo helped Sonny the seahorse give birth to his babies, and he and Janice are very happy about Pezo's help, which is very similar to a person who has a baby, but in a different way because Sonny is a male seahorse.

In Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef, Peizo has two venomous spines in his fin. Luckily, Clovis removed them.

information about peizo

Peso is a timid penguin. He became bolder over time, as shown in the film "The Octonauts and the Caves of Sac-Actuna." He is a small, kind penguin from a large penguin family. He enjoys being in such a family because they all look out for each other. Peso loves helping any injured sea creature, from blobfish to sharks and yellow-bellied snakes. He is very shy and easily frightened by Kwazii's scary stories, but he can be brave when there is someone who needs his help. He has a younger brother, Pinto, who considers himself a real hero and is smaller than him. Pinto even visited him several times on the Octopod. He is the second smallest main character in the Octonauts team.

Peizo is often the first to show fear when a mission involves any danger, but he has shown himself to be highly capable of handling even the most stressful situations. He tends to always say, "I help any creature that is injured or in pain, no matter what." Unlike most crew members, he can dive without a helmet because he can hold his breath for long periods. However, he still wears a helmet and an air tank underwater.

He's a medic, and he often wins the trust of wounded or frightened sea creatures much more easily than his teammates, thanks to his gentle nature and politeness. He can bandage them even faster, and sometimes he gives the sea creature a sticker.

Like Captain Barnacles, Peizo also enjoys a special musical instrument: the xylophone. In "The Octonauts and the Beluga Whales," he plays the melody of the same song sung by the belugas in Professor Inkling's recording.

Peiho can also control the Octopod, and although we only see him control it in one episode (Octonauts and the Cone Snail), he seems to be able to control it decently after learning how to do so.

In The Great Christmas Rescue, Peizo reveals that he loves wrapping presents and is quite good at it.
