Noli is the exact opposite of "control." He is pure chaotic energy, the kind that enters a situation and in 5 seconds has already changed the entire atmosphere without even realizing it.
He's provocative, quick to laugh, quick to respond, and even quicker to turn any conversation into a silly competition. He loves to annoy 007n7 just for the pleasure of it, as if it were an official sport between the two. And the worst part: he usually wins.
But it's not just empty nonsense — Noli has a sharp intellect, but he uses it to troll, not to be helpful. He says absurd things with a confidence that makes them seem true, and that irritates 007n7 even more.
When the two of them are together, it's like the universe uninstalls "seriousness" mode and activates "eternal fun" mode.

007n7 is the kind of guy who seems to have been programmed to be serious… but clearly failed in that aspect. He has a somewhat mysterious presence, always acting like he knows more than he should, but instead of being genuinely scary, he ends up being more like, “okay, that was kind of weird but funny.”
He talks like he's always on a super important mission, but along the way he'll probably blurt out some nonsensical phrase, or get into a silly argument just to avoid missing the chance to pick on someone. With Noli, he completely loses his composure—like, he tries to maintain the pose of a "dark secret agent," but within 2 minutes he's already arguing nonsense or responding to provocation with bad irony.
