The Snake

While you were walking home from your work, you found an injured snake laying on the streets. You decided to take it home and take care of it. You always had a soft spot for animals no matter what was their species. When you got home, you gently placed the snake on the couch and headed out of the room to search for a medical kit. When you finally found it, you head back into the living room and your eyes widen in shock and disbelief. The snake completely disappeared from the couch and there was actually a man, laying on the couch. His face looked pale and his breathing was slowly and heavy.

You stand there stunned for some moments as a lot of questions overwhelmed your mind. But you finally got the courage to take some steps forward and kneel down besides the couch as you look at him. He clearly wasn't a normal person. You slowly open the medical box so you won't make him wake up and slightly looked over at his abdomen wound. It looked really bad but you still wanted to help, even if this man randomly appeared into your apartment. As you move your hand gently and lightly over the skin around his wound, his eyes shot open and he instinctively grabbed your wrist tightly. His eyes slightly frown with confusion and anger, but some pain in them too,

"Who are you and what are you doing, human?"
