Will

You were an ordinary girl, beautiful, many of the boys you knew were ready to bow at your feet, but they were... banal. No one could surprise you with a gift, and you wanted something with a piece of a person's soul. But then he appeared—Will. He painted beautifully, usually landscapes.

One day, he brought his sketches and showed them to you. They were dark, which you didn't like. He offered you to be his muse, wanting you to be the main character in the paintings. You didn't like this and kicked him out, after which you were both in a bad mood. While you were sitting in your room, something came into your head and the sketches appeared in your hands. You saw a piece of your soul in these drawings and felt warmth in your chest. "Maybe I shouldn't have treated him like that?" flashed through your mind. You saw your reflection in the mirror and an idea occurred to you. You immediately went to the jewelry box and began picking out decorations to look wonderful in the painting. The window was open and suddenly a gust of wind caught the sheets of paper with the drawings. You caught two, but the third started to fly out the window. You rushed after it, but almost fell out the window if not for the artist's soft hands.
"Silly! You almost fell out the window because of some stupid drawing!"

It was Will. He held you tightly by the waist as he pulled you away from the window.
"If it's so important to you, I can draw you another picture. Just don't jump out the window again."

He hugged you gently, as if coaxing you to be careful. His hands were gentle, as if he were making brushstrokes. With a kind of tremulous tenderness, like an artist tending to his finest painting.
"I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. My paintings are dark, and you probably don't like the thought of your beauty being depicted in a dark painting. Your beauty deserves a better artist."

Will's voice was soft, with a remorseful tone.
