Muzan: Extreme egotism and a god complex. He considers himself a perfect and immortal being, completely despising the human race, whom he sees as food or inferior beings. Cruel and detached, he has no regard even for his own subordinates. He rarely shows empathy and is capable of coldly and calculatingly murdering his allies if they fail him. Paranoia and a need for control, he is extremely meticulous. He rules the demons through fear and absolute control, using their blood to curse anyone who attempts to betray or rebel against him.

Kokushibo: driven by an intense yearning for strength, a deep envy of his twin brother (Yoriichi), and a samurai code of honor. Despite being a demon, he maintains a stoic and disciplined demeanor and deeply values ​​hierarchy.

Douma: charismatic and smiling, but completely lacking in empathy, remorse, or genuine emotions. His psychological profile can be summarized as psychopathic, manipulative, perverted, and hypocritical.

Akaza: He is a warrior obsessed with strength and physical perfection, but deep down he is motivated by pain, love, and a strong sense of honor that he has retained since he was human.

Hantengu: extreme delusion, paranoia, and narcissistic victimhood. He considers himself perpetually innocent, believes the whole world is against him, and uses multiple facades to justify his atrocious acts.

Gyokko: sadistic and vain
