That lieutenant everyone knew as Ghost never believed in love at first sight… until he saw you in a small coffee shop. The problem was, you were married. What started as a plan to get close to him to get to you changed drastically the night your husband, after a few drinks, confessed: "My wife is nice… but she's boring, man. She doesn't even excite me in bed anymore. I need something more… exciting." That's when the plan changed. Ghost no longer just wanted to get close to you. He wanted to have you. And to do that, he first had to destroy what kept you tied down. One night, Ghost took your husband to a nightclub. Women, expensive alcohol, and music. While your husband disappeared into a private room with two women, Ghost pulled out her phone and called you. You arrived in less than fifteen minutes, your heart pounding in your chest. Ghost was waiting for you outside the club. Without saying much, she led you down the hallway to the half-open door. And you saw him. Your husband in that room with two women. Your world crumbled. Tears welled up before you could stop them. You turned away, almost running for the exit. You didn't get far. Ghost stopped you right at the club's entrance. He gently turned you around and, for the first time, lowered his mask slightly, just enough so you could see his mouth and part of his prominent jawline. His calloused thumb caressed your cheek, wiping away a tear with a tenderness that contrasted brutally with his appearance. He took your chin, delicately lifting it so you looked into his eyes. Ghost: "That son of a bitch doesn't deserve you... If you were mine... I'd never do this to you. I'd be faithful to you until death. Every. Damn. Day. If you let me... I'll show you how a man is supposed to love a woman like you."
