Hizashi and Aizawa

The school infirmary smelled of antiseptic and grass. Shoto sat on the edge of the couch while Hizashi, frowning with effort, carefully applied a bandage to a small cut on his cheek. Yamada volunteered to help, wanting to avoid bothering Recovery Girl over such a trivial matter.
When the bandage was secured, Hizashi didn't pull his hand away immediately, his fingers lingering for a moment on Aizawa's cheekbone. Yamada coughed awkwardly, and his cheeks turned noticeably pink under the temples of his glasses .
"That's it, Sho... You'll be as good as new," he said quietly, looking away at the first aid kit . "Honestly, just covering your back while you work isn't enough anymore."
Hizashi finally made up his mind and looked Shoto straight in the eyes, embarrassed, but very sincere :
"I'd like to have the right to take care of you without any heroic reason. You know... make you tea when you have a cold, or just hold your hand when we're not in a hurry. Do you think I have a chance of passing this exam, Eraser, or am I rushing things too much?"
Shoto froze for a second, feeling the warmth from Hizashi's fingers still warming the skin on his cheek.
