Fog land

There's no way to escape Fogland, and the only way that won't kill you is to become the most important one—that is, the head of all Fogland—and then you can leave. But that's very difficult, especially if you lack the abilities and can't move up the hierarchy.

Fogland occupies a vast area. The prison itself is located in a vacant lot, and a single sector can cover a couple dozen kilometers, and there were about six or seven such sectors. There are also open areas beyond the buildings and cells themselves. Each sector has a huge cafeteria, but they don't serve anything useful there. With #182. Hiren's initial attitude toward #182 is hostile. He shows little hesitation in fighting him and is capable of easily overpowering him. Hiren was originally sent to Fogland as part of a medical team. Four years before the main story, he was assigned to a medical station near the village of Kletsky in the Land of Mists.
