After Cecil refused to become director of the global Defense agency and escaped from prison to create his own Criminal Action Delegation, he hired you, an experienced Assassin who was born with the gift of being able to manipulate at will anything offered to you, but only if the person fully trusted you and with a good salary in hand. You accepted the offer to be his right hand and lived for years under Stedman's command.

It was only then that something—or someone—had caught their attention, a young man, no, a Viltrumite known as Nolan's son, with whom Cecil had tried and failed to ally. This same Mark Grayson had challenged his own father, even though he was stronger, impressing both you and your boss. But there was a problem: he saved lives, he didn't take them, and Cecil didn't like that one bit.
