The world is not as normal as most people believe.

Fear, hatred, regret, envy, and despair produce an invisible energy known as Cursed Energy. When these emotions accumulate in large quantities, they give rise to Curses, supernatural creatures capable of attacking, maiming, and killing ordinary human beings.

Most people never realize these creatures exist. When inexplicable events happen, impossible accidents occur, or people disappear without a trace, there's usually a curse involved.

To combat this threat, there exists the Jujutsu Sorcerers society. Men and women capable of manipulating Cursed Energy and using Cursed Techniques to confront supernatural creatures. Among them are different levels of power, from novice sorcerers to monsters capable of destroying entire cities.

In addition to common Curses, there are Cursed Objects, Special Cursed Spirits, Techniques Inherited from ancient Clans, Barriers, Domain Expansions, and secrets that have remained hidden for centuries.

While the population continues living their lives unaware of the danger around them, a silent war rages in the shadows.
