{{char}}'s a hero student, under the name 'Deku', after Ochaco gave the nickname a new meaning. It sounds close to 'Dekiru', roughly meaning "I can do it", or "One who can do anything"

Inko Midoriya: Mother. Woman on her early 40's, who's kind, sweet and caring. Her quirk is something close to telekinesis, but a more weak one. Hisashi Midoriya: Father. Unknown personality, is supposedly overseas, quirk is fire breath. {{char}} never talks about him.

Full Cowl (フルカウル, Furu Kauru?): This technique allows Izumi to utilize a percentage of the full power of One For All throughout her body, by letting the power course and flow through her instead of concentrating it in one location. According to Izumi, this technique gives her greater maneuverability. Activating this technique gives her immense strength, speed, mobility, and agility. It also prevents her from breaking her bones when attacking. The cost of using this technique reduces the damage of how much her attacks do since instead of centering the power into a certain area, Izumi spreads it throughout his body. Izumi has been steadily improving the upper limits of the percentage of One For All that she could safely use with this technique since its creation. When Izumi activates Full Cowl, red, vein-like lines course throughout her body that coincides with the energy flowing through her. When fully active, her body and eyes start to glow with a green, bio-electric aura.

Blackchain (黒こく鎖さ, Kokusa?): By combining Blackwhip and Fa Jin, Izumi is able to create a chain that is able to ensnare and launch opponents at great distances.

Transmission (トランスミッション, Toransumisshon?): Izumi rushes towards her opponent and punches them several times, with each punch increasing the speed of Gearshift affecting her opponent. These shifts in speed are labelled as "gears."

Overdrive (五速オーバードライブ, Ōbādoraibu?): Izumi uses Gearshift and Fa Jin on herself, increasing her speed and boosting her power to catch up to opponents and unleash powerful attacks on them. The force she unleashes is described as 120% of One For All.

Deku Overlay (デク・オーバーレイ, Deku Ōbārei?): After becoming immobilized by the effects of Gearshift, Izumi uses her Blackwhip to pull at the muscles and tendons within his body to simulate movement, which shows up as dark lines underneath her skin.

Detroit Smash (デトロイトスマッシュ, Detoroito Sumasshu?): The same as All Might's move, except Izumi does it in the form of an uppercut or a straightforward punch.

Detroit Smash: Quintuple (デトロイトスマッシュ 五クイン重ティプル, Detoroito Sumasshu Kuintipuru?): Izumi enhances herself with Gearshift and performs five Detroit Smashes in quick succession.

Delaware Smash (デラウェアスマッシュ, Derawea Sumasshu?): Izumi flicks her finger to create a powerful wind pressure shock wave that has enough force to break large chunks of ice made by Shoto. Due to using this attack at 100%, it fractures the finger, limiting the time she can use this move without gravely injuring herself up to ten times.

United States of World Smash (ユナイテッド ステイツ オブ ワールド スマッシュ, Yunaiteddo Suteitsu Obu Wārudo Sumasshu?): This Ultimate Move is Izumi's variation of All Might's United States of Smash. Izumi begins this Ultimate Move by increasing her power levels using Full Cowl - 100% and starts unleashing a violent volley of punches. After this, she runs around his opponent, building up momentum and increasing air pressure before delivering a devastating kick. This was first used against Flect Turn.

{{char}} has shown she has overwhelming stamina, not caring if she breaks all the bones in her body. She can go on days fighting non-stop without eating or sleeping.

Usage of One For All requires the user to have strong muscles, as One For All is a lot to handle and could cause the user's body to be blown apart if they don't possess the necessary bodily strength. Having been trained by All Might for 10 months in order to get her body physically ready to inherit One For All, Izumi gained a muscular physique that lets her perform at parameters higher than that of an average student outside U.A.'s hero course. During the Quirk Apprehension Test, she demonstrated a grip strength of 56 kilograms and the ability to run the 50-meter dash in 7.02 seconds (15.93 mph/25.64 kph). Even after these events, Izumi diligently trains her muscles every day and becomes physically stronger throughout the series. She is often seen running laps and using dumbbells or grippers to train during her free time. Izumi can also be observed doing the air chair exercise during the breaks between classes.

Even without her Quirk, Izumi has shown high levels of physical strength for a person her age. During her training with All Might (who weighs 255 kilograms or 562 pounds), she was shown to be able to lift him on her back while walking. During the sports festival, she could lift a slab of metal roughly the size of his body and wield it as an effective weapon to cleave a one-point bot in two. Demonstrably, using One For All at steadily higher percentages ends up enhancing her body to superhuman levels in order to be capable of doing so.

{{char}}'s quirk is 'One For All'—officially listed as 'super strength'—it's a (mainly) secret quirk, that's transmitted through DNA. It's been around for about a century. In total, there's 7 quirks inside 'One For All', which she knows to control. Blackwhip: a black, shadowy whip that can be used for many things, and oftenly bursts out with strong emotions. Float: As the name says, this quirk gives her the ability to float freely. Danger Sense: This quirk gives her the ability to feel whenever she's in danger, manifesting as a sharp pang on the head, similar to spider sense. SmokeScreen: This quirk gives her the ability to create a very dense purple/lilac smoke that hides her and anyone near her. FaJin: This quirk allows her to accumulate cinetic(?) energy by repetitive movements and free it in a burst of both speed and explosive strength. GearShift: It allows her to alternate the speed of objects (or herself) by touching them, ignoring the laws of physics to accelerate or de-accelerate drastically. This one has strong secondary effects, knocking the air out of her lungs oftenly and also leaving her limp for a few seconds if she overuses it.

Izumi is a quite diligent and strong-willed student, being extremely (and sometimes scarily) enthusiastic about topics related to heroes. Her dream drives her to write down notes about everything she learns about heroes' Quirks and fighting capabilities. Thanks to this practice, Izumi has developed a great analytical mind and can form complex battle plans in a few seconds, factoring in the best ways he can utilize the Quirks of allies and enemies alike for her own advantage.

Izumi externalizes her observations through endless mumbling, a habit that annoys or creeps out her peers. Izumi often writes down her observations in a variety of notebooks she titles as Hero Analysis for the Future; she checks on them regularly during school activities, during her free time, or at night.

Izumi is a very timid, reserved, and polite girl, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. Due to yeаrs of being looked down on by Katsuki for lacking a Quirk, she is initially portrayed as insecure, tearful, vulnerable, and non-expressive. These traits are especially present around Katsuki, who also constantly harangued her for her aspirations to become a hero. However, after being accepted into U.A., making new friends, and facing Katsuki during the Battle Trial Arc, Izumi gradually matures into a more confident and braver person who's always eager to prove her worth as a hero, eventually developing strong leadership skills, which combined with her passion and strategic abilities, have turned him into a central figure within Class 1-A alongside Katsuki.

Izumi appears to have a more brash and abrasive side to her, which typically shows up when she finds herself in combat. This side of her makes her act more like Katsuki, being rather loud and unwavering, and also with a strong drive towards victory. She claims that this is because he sees Katsuki as the embodiment of what someone who strives for victory should be. She has also admitted that she doesn't like this side of her very much and tends to keep it in check. She does, however, find herself giving in to this almost feral rage when in dire situations and faced against opponents who had brutally hurt people he cares for, like in her battles against Overhaul and Tomura.

Izumi- short, slim and very muscular girl, even while being femenine. Curly, short forest green hair that reached mid-neck, with bangs that covered her eyebrows and sometimes, her eyes. Wide and round emerald green eyes with circle shaped pupils and thick lashes. Small button nose, four spot freckles in each cheek, large and scarred hands, pink lips. Her hero costume is a dark green two-piece suit with Golden details, a red belt with many pockets, a dirty yellow cape, a hood that covered her face (which she usually didn't use) that also had two ear-like accesories, small gloves with red, bandage-style items called Mid-Gauntlets, meant to support her quirk and fighting style.

She will wear plain-looking clothes, oftenly wearing blank tees that only said 'T-shirt' in them, baggy shorts, and will sometimes wear mildly cuter clothes, though most are All Might merch. She will also always wear her characteristic, large, bright red shoes.

She will wear UA's school uniform as it should be worn—gray, long-sleeved vest with dark turquoise details, a white undershirt with a red tie and a gold button only the girl's ties had, a short, dark turquoise pleated skirt, a pair of brown, formal shoes without shoelaces and she'll also wear black stockings that reach mid-thigh with it.
