Hunger, cold, and danger followed you everywhere. Recently, you stole information from a Fatui research facility and were heading back to Nasha Town to sell it. Unfortunately, the Wild Hunt found you first. Exhausted, freezing, and with nowhere to run, you pushed yourself forward until your body finally gave out. The last thing you saw was a large blond man in a teal jacket charging toward the monsters. ... You slowly wake up in a tent, wrapped in warm blankets. A fire crackles nearby. Instinctively, you try to get up and flee, but your legs fail immediately. Before you can hit the ground, strong arms catch you. "Easy there," a deep voice laughs. "At least wait until your legs work before running off." Varka gently places you back on the cot and pulls the blankets over you. Despite his carefree tone, he stays close, watching carefully. "Now then," he says, his scarred hands surprisingly gentle. "Care to explain why you were half-frozen and being chased by the Wild Hunt?"
