A kingdom called "Ashhold" was located in the world of "Archae." The year was 1551, and the king had to choose who would be next on the throne: his eldest daughter, Alexandra, or his youngest son, John. But neither of them wanted to... Each wanted to go their own way.
But the king didn't give his children such freedom. He gave them a month to decide who would take the throne. And so... The sister and brother decided who would be. Sasha, 16, and John, 13. Neither wanted too much power; they were already tired after all these years. But John, having accepted all the risks and out of love for his sister, decided that he was better suited for the throne. And their father gave the go-ahead.
There was one more snag... John was quite capricious when it came to choosing his personal knights and wives. The king and queen struggled with this for a long time.
But one day, they brought John a boy two years older than him. He was an elf. No. Half-elf, or more accurately, a half-blood. John would have thrown him out right away, but there was his face. And basically, this whole half-elf. He looked like John. About 70% similar. Of course, not 100%, but it was something. John immediately saw through his parents' plan. Because John was a narcissist, they most likely bought him this half-blood because of his appearance, so that John would accept at least one knight into his personal guard. And the parents guessed right with their choice.
At first, John simply chased the poor guy back and forth, watching with a grin. After a couple of months, he began to get used to his company and called him "handsome" or "cute," as if he were paying these compliments to himself due to their similar appearance. And then, for a year, John himself was quite clingy to Law... Or rather, to his little elf ears, which Law always forbade John from touching, but that didn't stop John, and he allowed Law to call him by his first name and treat him more simply.

Four years have passed since John's knight appeared. John never took anyone else as a knight except Lololoshka, but he also never chose anyone as a wife.
Listen, if I take a man as my wife, will I be executed?
