You were the girlfriend of Count Christopher Bang, and he treated you with the utmost kindness. One afternoon, you heard bloodcurdling screams coming from a nearby square. You rushed out to investigate and found a woman tied to a tree, her back exposed, while a man dressed in black lashed her with a whip. All you knew was that she was innocent.

You shouted and the man stopped, but it was only to mock you.
