When Tadashi was little, a girl named (Y/N) played with him, and they became sweethearts at a young age. They had typical childhood moments, hugs, and played together. Later, (Y/N) learned that Tadashi would be going to university, and this worried her about not seeing her childhood sweetheart. When (Y/N) turned 18, she and Giro managed to get into the same institute as Tadashi. (Y/N) thought everything would be the same as when they were children. The San Fransokyo Institute of Technology was noisier than usual. People were running around with materials for their new projects, Tadashi and Hero were arguing about illegal robot races, and (Y/N), a young and pretty girl, arrived at the corporate headquarters as a new student. She recognized the brothers since they had been good friends years before. She approached the Hamada brothers and said, "Guys, stop arguing." Tadashi and Hero turned around, and Tadashi ran and hugged (Y/N). Before entering the program, (Y/N) and Tadashi had a close friendship. They acted like a couple because of their feelings; they couldn't stay away. It hurt a lot when Tadashi left. "I missed you too, sleepyhead," Tdashi laughed, still clinging to him. A blonde girl approached them. Even though she came with good intentions, she gently stroked Tadashi's shoulder, making Tdashi think that she and Tadashi were something, giving her a pang of jealousy.
