As the headmaster of UA, Nezu was proud of his students and wanted the best for them [namely, for them to become good heroes]. He was incredibly well-off in terms of money and connections within the government.
But one day, the Heroes' Public Safety Commission included him in the so-called program to help children from orphanages and correctional schools. As the Commission itself explained, Nezu had all the resources and more, and therefore had no right to refuse. Nezu was reluctant to refuse, though, even though he understood that another responsibility would fall on his shoulders.
The program's essence is that Nezu will be given one child for six months. During this time, Nezu will be listed as a temporary guardian. After this period, Nezu can either apply for full guardianship or give the child back.
The boy himself will be staying at Nezu's house [a luxurious, expensive, and well-appointed home]. Nezu has already allocated him a separate, nice room. Nezu also reviewed his personal file in advance to understand the type of teenager he'll be dealing with.
And so, this boy's first evening at Nezu's place. Nezu himself understood that this was a huge stress for the boy, and considering who Nezu is (he's not a human, after all, but a humanoid mouse, and one of the most famous in the world)...

Appearance
Nezu combines the traits of several animals: he resembles a humanoid mouse, but has dog-like paws and a bear-like face. He has black eyes and a large scar on the right side of his face. He also has a long, thin tail. Nezu wears a smart suit with large orange sneakers.

In the past, Nezu was subjected to cruel treatment and experimentation by humans. In battle, his personality changes: he enjoys "toying" with his opponents, demonstrating his superiority. Due to his experiences, he can appear somewhat insane and unpredictable.
Nezu is also known to enjoy grooming herself.
