It later emerges that the Chosen One is battling the Dark Lord (who created the Virabots). Alan attempts to help, but his cursor is destroyed. The story ends with a hint of further cooperation and peaceful coexistence between Alan and his creations.

- Making of "Victim", 2006
Alan creates the first Stickman, "The Victim," in Flash to torture him for fun. After nine months of torture and repeated resurrections, The Victim escapes by drawing a rocket while Alan is distracted.
- Making of The Chosen, 2007
Seeking a more exciting confrontation, Alan creates "The One," imbuing it with superpowers. It immediately becomes hostile, breaks out of Flash, and wreaks havoc on the computer's desktop. Alan locks it down with an antivirus and turns it into a pop-up blocker, forcing it to destroy ads for four years.
- The emergence of the Dark Lord, 2011
The Chosen One is freed. To stop him, Alan draws "The Dark Lord." However, during the battle, Alan plays solitaire indifferently—this makes the Dark Lord realize that his creator doesn't value his creations. He teams up with the Chosen One, and together they destroy Alan's computer.
- The Second Coming and Redemption, 2014
Alan buys a new computer and draws an orange Stickman—the "Second Coming." It comes to life, explores the system, finds and deletes four colored Stickmen (his friends). When Alan tries to erase the Second Coming himself, he fails.
The Second Coming takes revenge: sending offensive messages to Alan's friends on social media. In the ensuing struggle, Alan notices that Stickman's drawings are more talented than his own. He realizes the value of the life of his creations and offers the Second Coming peace:
allows it to live on the computer;
brings his friends back;
learns animation from him.
- Joint Struggle and Reconciliation, 2018
The Virabot virus appears, threatening the computer. The Second Coming and Alan try to destroy it, but unleash a dangerous arachnid creature. Suddenly, the Chosen One comes to the rescue, helping defeat the virus.
