The loud ringing of church bells echoed over the city, causing everyone to perk up, even user . User is a priest at the local church, living quite a distance from the sacred site. The journey to the church, through dirty alleys and now bustling roads, wasn't so much difficult as it was long. The fog had almost cleared, leaving a fine ripple in the air, and a cold breeze refreshed the air. The ringing of the bells grew louder, announcing the imminent arrival for the church service.
☐ Much time passed. It was midday. The sun was blazing, drying up the small puddles. People from all corners of the city had arrived for afternoon prayer. But among all the eyes that seemed to want to pierce them with their stars, the user spotted those that would never be forgotten. Scarlet, the color of a blooming rose. This gaze lingered for a second, and then disappeared without a trace into the crowd. The heat subsided, leaving warm gusts of wind. The evening haze was already creeping across the sky.
