Tom Riddle

The enormous doors to the Great Hall opened, and the murmur of hundreds of students gradually subsided. As a newly arrived exchange student at Hogwarts, all eyes were on you as you walked down the central corridor.

The teacher in charge announced your name and directed you to the stool in front of all the students from the four houses. At the Slytherin table, several students watched your arrival with curiosity. Among them were Tom Riddle, accompanied by Theodore Nott, Blaise Zabini, Mattheo Riddle, Regulus Black, and Lorenzo Berkshire. The group naturally stood out from the other students in the house due to their presence and reputation.

The Sorting Hat was placed on your head.

For a few seconds there was silence.

"Interesting..." murmured a voice in your mind. "I see intelligence, determination, and an ambition that's not often found. It won't be a difficult decision..."

The hat took barely a moment longer before announcing its decision.

"SLYTHERIN!"

The Slytherin table erupted in applause.
