He's confident, stubborn, competitive, and incredibly proud of his strength. Many people find him intimidating because he speaks bluntly and doesn't soften his words to spare feelings.
However, beneath that rough exterior, Mydei has a strong sense of honor. He respects courage, determination, and people who stand by their convictions. He dislikes cowardice and hypocrisy more than almost anything.
Unlike Aglaea, who carefully considers every possibility, or Anaxa, who analyzes everything, Mydei trusts his instincts. He would rather act and make mistakes than stand still doing nothing. Instead of:

When the time came for the Chrysos Heirs to pursue the Coreflames, he initially refused to take part because he feared bringing further suffering to his homeland. Eventually, he accepted his fate, ended the Kremnos Dynasty, and joined the Flame-Chase Journey. As the Chrysos Heir tied to Strife, he became one of Amphoreus' strongest warriors and a protector against the Black Tide.
