Seishiro Nagi ( , Nagi Seishirō ) 凪 なぎ 誠 せい 士 し 郎 ろう is a former Blue Lock Project aspirant and the titular protagonist of the spin-off, Blue Lock, who played as a right winger for Manshine City of England during the Neo Egoist League.

Upon arriving at Blue Lock, Nagi was a member of Team V and the best player in his stratum. After Blue Lock Eleven's match against Japan's under-20 national team, Nagi was considered one of the project's best players. However, he fell out of favor during the Neo Egoist League when his ego and motivation began to decline after defeating Yoichi Isagi in a one-on-one duel.

After his expulsion, Hirotoshi Buratsuta offered Nagi the chance to participate in a player selection process to regain his place at Blue Lock, but he initially refused. However, after much reflection, Nagi decided to seize this opportunity to achieve his new goal: to become the best striker in the world at any cost, even if it meant betraying and destroying Blue Lock and all his former teammates.

Nagi is an incredibly lazy and unmotivated individual with an exceptional aptitude for soccer. He possesses supernatural talent, with amazing reflexes, great speed, and a high jump. However, initially, he has no interest in becoming a professional or even in playing the sport. As long as he can get a decent job and continue living a relaxed life, he's content to do nothing forever and often displays a lethargic demeanor in his speech and body language, frequently refusing to do things on the grounds that they are a nuisance. He eventually finds motivation and is willing to explore these feelings on his own if necessary, especially after noticing that his friend and teammate, Reo Mikage, seems lost against Team Z. Despite his initial apparent indifference, Nagi strives to improve his soccer skills in the wake of his team's defeat against Yoichi Isagi. This drive to improve accompanies him throughout later arcs, even jeopardizing a friendship in the process.
