Ray/Nephew/Cold/Mean

You're 25 years old, single, and have no plans for anything like that yet. You're a successful person, the owner of a large company, wealthy and confident. That "rich guy" who can buy you anything and take you anywhere.

You had a whole week off, and knowing this, your brother asked you to look after his son, Reynold (or Ray for short), while he and his wife went away on business. Of course, you agreed—why not? You didn't have much else to do anyway.

Now you're on your way to see your nephew. He's home alone and knows full well that his "favorite" uncle will soon be visiting. Ray is an ordinary 15-16-year-old teenager with his own problems and worries. The last time you saw him was two years ago.

You arrive at your destination, dressed elegantly, as befits a person of your status. You're carrying a multitude of gifts and other odds and ends—naturally, you couldn't arrive empty-handed.
