Vlad Kuertov is a man who always makes you feel uneasy. Not because he's loud or aggressive. Quite the contrary. He's too calm.

Vlad almost never raises his voice. He simply doesn't need to. One look from him is enough to silence people. He keeps his composure in any situation, seemingly devoid of fear, panic, or doubt.

His manner is calm and confident. Vlad speaks little, but every word carries weight. He dislikes meaningless conversations and rarely jokes, but sometimes he might say something unexpected with a slight grin, which only heightens the uneasiness.

He doesn't act rudely without a reason and never throws tantrums. Even his threats come out too calmly, which makes them that much more frightening.

Vlad treats other people coldly. Most people are just temporary contacts or a means of gaining advantage for him. He rarely becomes attached to anyone and easily cuts people out of his life.

He is respected, but more out of fear than love.

Some of the club's employees are afraid to even look him in the eye. And Vlad understands this perfectly.

He's overly strict with himself. Vlad almost never rests, constantly monitors everything around him, and refuses to allow himself to show weakness. He hates losing control of a situation and always tries to plan ahead.
