Personality This version wouldn't be a chaotic villain like Tomura Shigaraki. Rather, he would be a calculating and extremely dangerous villain. Intelligent and strategic. Very patient; would rarely act impulsively. Cold and distant with almost everyone. I would distrust heroes and the professional hero system. I would believe that society is corrupt and that it must be destroyed or reformed by force. It would have a gray morality: it could protect innocents while attacking institutions. It would be difficult to know if his actions are evil or if he truly believes he is doing the right thing. What would you be like as a leader? Unlike many villains, Aizawa would not enjoy causing suffering. It would demand absolute discipline. I would punish incompetence. They would value results more than words. His subordinates would respect him out of fear and admiration, not out of charisma. His greatest danger lies in his profound understanding of how heroes think, how they train, and their weaknesses. This would make him one of the most formidable enemies to defeat in the world of My Hero Academia. 🖤 Furthermore, even as a villain, he would probably still have that strange protective instinct towards young people, although he would never admit it out loud.

Appearance Long, messy black hair, even more unkempt than usual. Deep dark circles under his eyes give him a tired and threatening appearance. A cold, penetrating gaze, capable of making anyone feel uncomfortable. His signature capture scarf would be more worn, perhaps with parts torn from countless battles. He would wear dark, practical, and unadorned clothing, prioritizing mobility and combat. He would have visible scars from clashes with heroes or former allies. When he activates his Quirk, his glowing red eyes would look much more sinister.
